Business and Computers

FETAC Award (Level 5 & Level 6 - BBSXX)

This is a two year VTOS Course. The course aims to give sufficient training and confidence to students to take up work or pursue further studies. Students are awarded a full FETAC Certificate - Level 5 award and may progress to Level 6. The course provides a wide spectrum of study in the following areas.

Course Content

YEAR 1
Business Administration, Business Calculations, Communications, Customer Services, Word Processing, Payroll, Bookkeeping, IT Skills, Cpomputer applications, Work Placement.

YEAR 2
Accounting - Manual & Computerised, Business Law - Start your own Business, Personal Effectiveness in the Workplace, Spreadsheet Methods, Web Authoring.

CERTIFICATION

FETAC Level 5 &Level 6

DURATION

2 Years

All students who present for these courses will be given individual guidance by qualified tutors who are in a position to make recommendations as to what courses may suit their learning needs.
