E-Business and Computer ApplicationsFETAC Award (Level 5 and 6 – BBSXX)
This is a two year course designed to encompass a broad range of business related subjects which create an understanding of the range of skills and activities needed to compete successfully in the business world. This course covers all major business areas and topics and provides a comprehensive knowledge of each of the major functions of business. The structure ensures that students have the widest possible range of career, employment and higher education options open to them on completion of their studies.

Work Placement, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Law, Word Processing, Web Authoring, Mathematics.
YEAR 2 (Advanced Certificate in Management)
Business Management, Finance, Spreadsheet Methods, Human Resources, Maths, E-Business, Applied Eonomics, Communications
CERTIFICATION
Certificate awarded by FETAC Level 5 (Year 1)
Certificate awarded by FETAC Level 6 (Year 2)
DURATION
2 Years
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The Leaving Certificate (5 passes, including English and Maths plus interview)

College Links
A specific link has been formed between Coláiste Dhúlaigh Business Department and DCU. Students who complete this course and meet the specific entry requirements are eligible to enter the second year of the Business Degree course in DCU.
Students are also eligible for entry into business related courses in a variety of colleges including DIT and other Institutes of Technology throughout the country - please refer to our Progression Routes Section.
